Kaleb represented Keystone in November at the Perth UAC, rounding out the year of meeting and greeting brokers at these expos. The time flew by as he was kept on his toes fielding questions from a steady stream of brokers who attended. We were pleased with the level of enquiry about Keystone and the products we offer.
Keystone is happy to welcome Crescendo Underwriting Pty Ltd as an authorized representative; December has seen the start of this business venture and we wish Jason Grant and Adam Stewart every success. Jason and Adam are very experienced insurance professionals, and through Crescendo, are underwriting excess Directors & Officers insurance with Lloyds of London backing. Significant hard work goes into starting an insurance business from many people, both the key stakeholders and professional services necessarily involved in these sorts of ventures. Congratulations on a great start.
After an on-the-go December winding up the year assisting brokers to finalise new policies and bind renewals, 2023 has started well with a busier than usual January.
Jon and Kaleb flew to Sydney for the UAC in the middle of February and met lots of familiar faces amongst the broking crowd at the Sydney International Convention Centre. It was good to catch up in person and introduce Keystone’s diverse product range to broking firms that may not have dealt with us before.
February also saw the exciting announcement of Ben’s promotion to Underwriter. This advancement is well-deserved and speaks highly of his development and important contribution to the team. Cheers, Ben! We look forward to further success ahead.
Looking to next month, Charlotte will be holidaying overseas and while she is away, she will meet with some of our Lloyd’s contacts when she is in London. It will be a great opportunity for her to get a feel for the London market and meet our London partners in person.
