KeyQuote Expo Giveaway – Terms & Conditions (Game of Chance)

  1. Promoter
    Keystone Underwriting Pty Ltd (ABN 78 601 944 763) of 104/266-268 Bay Road, Cheltenham, VIC 3192 (“Promoter”).
  2. Promotion Period
    Starts 12:00pm [local time] on 9th November 2025 and ends 11:59pm [local time] on 13th November 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries are only valid for KeyQuote registrations made during the promotional expo days and the two (2) days immediately after.
  3. Eligibility
    Open to Australian residents aged 18+ who register for KeyQuote via the Promoter’s website during the Promotion Period and who have included the promotion code (“Eligible Entrants”). Entry is free. Employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter (and their immediate families) are ineligible.
  4. How to Enter
    During the Promotion Period, visit https://www.keystoneunderwriting.com.au/register-for-keyquote/ and complete the KeyQuote registration form with the requested details including the promotion code. One (1) entry per person. Automated, incomplete, indecipherable or duplicate entries may be deemed invalid.   5. Draw
    A random electronic draw will be conducted at 12:00pm [local time] on 14th November 2025 at 104/266-268 Bay Road, Cheltenham, VIC 3192 from all valid entries received. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning. The Promoter may appoint an independent scrutineer if required.
  6. Prize
    One (1) winner will receive Sony WH-1000XM6 Premium Noise Cancelling Over-Ear Headphones (Black). Approximate retail value in Australia AU$699 (RRP) at time of drafting. Total prize pool: AU$699. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or higher value.
  7. Winner Notification & Publication
    The winner will be notified by email (to the address used for entry) within 2 business days of the draw.
  8. Prize Claim & Delivery; Unclaimed Prize
    The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of notification (by replying to the notification email and confirming a postal address in Australia). If the prize is unclaimed, a redraw will be conducted at 1:00pm [local time] on 1st December 2025 at the same location. The redraw winner will be notified by email within [2] business days. The Promoter will deliver the prize to an Australian address at its cost.
  9. Privacy
    Personal information is collected and used to administer this promotion and as otherwise set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.   10. General
    a. Entries must be submitted personally by the entrant; group or third-party submissions are not accepted.
    b. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as anticipated (including due to technical difficulties, fraud or causes beyond the Promoter’s control), the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or, subject to applicable laws, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.
    c. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of accepting the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
