The Keystone team has been looking forward to working together in person again, and in December we slowly began returning to our desks at work. We are loving our new space, surrounded by some great art pieces that add colour and vibrancy to our office. And yet, our time at work will permanently remain flexible to fit in with COVID demands on the community and our individual needs. This enables us to sustain high productivity and be available for brokers, whether we are working mostly from home or mostly from the office.
Towards the end of October, we started publishing our Art Heist series. We counted down from 10 to 1 of the most interesting and daring art thefts from around the world, both recovered and still missing. This continued all through November, culminating in the revelation of number 1 just before Christmas. If you haven’t had a chance to read these, they are all available on our website under the Articles section. These fascinating stories reveal a range of reasons why people steal art, from insurance fraud to politics, and sometimes kleptomania!
The Keystone Broker Portal is going from strength to strength providing efficiencies for brokers who wish to quickly obtain a quote and to bind policies, all within the one system. Feedback from brokers has been glowing. Further enhancements are added regularly, and the list of occupations continues to grow, making the portal a must-have tool for a steadily increasing number of users.
